Kart Parts

Kart parts obviously include the engine, transmission, and chassis. These are often the primary emphases when it comes to the technical discussion of such vehicles. However, there are other components to take into consideration.

Tires are a great example of essential kart parts. The wheels and tires of these vehicles are significantly smaller than those which are used on a normal car. Different types will be used according to different needs. For instance, slicks are used for dry weather while rain tires or "wets" are used for wet conditions.

Kart parts also include a range of external controls. These are of primary interest within amusement parks. Owners are interested in such products for their ability to provide a safer environment for operation. Remote speed limiters are a great example of this.
